Sprint

Built on the science of high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
It’s a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimal joint impact.

The short duration of a LES MILLS SPRINT workout will motivate you to push your physical and mental limits. The payoff is you burn calories for hours after a good HIIT workout.
 

RPM

A cycling workout that delivers maximum results with minimum impact on your joints. 

Tune in to some great music and get your pedals spinning as your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding scientifically developed and regularly tested to ensure excellent results.

You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time.
 

Boxing

A high energy class that uses boxing techniques to give you a full body workout. It works to improve your cardiovascular fitness and tone your whole body like never before.
This class is designed for all levels of fitness.
 

Circuit

Improve your technique, increase your strength and burn fat using the hydraulic equipment and anything else the instructors can get their hands on.
A great way to increase your confidence and knowledge in the gym.
 

Mallee Men

A low impact combination of boxing, cardio and aqua aerobics suited to Cardiac Rehabilitation and men of all ages.

Pilates

Increases spinal mobility, improves core strength, lengthens the muscles of your body and increases your oxygen uptake. This is a fun class for all ages and abilities, working from the mat.


BodyBlance

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BodyBalance™ is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

This vitality-boosting program can help reduce body fat, increase core strength, improve flexibility and ease anxiety. If you want youthful energy and vitality, BodyBalance™ is a great way to get it.
